Super easy. Had an appointment at 3, turned up at 2:30 and they accommodated me straight away. Could see the mechanics at the back taking a really decent look at the car carefully which was great to see too for peace of mind.

A great experience dealing with lilly from the first phone call to paying the invoice. A straight up and down company that is realistic with quotes and then delivering on them. Definitely recommend.
